Aikido Beginners course in Central London. Aikido is a traditional Japanese Martial Art. In this short course, you will be introduced to basic Aikido principles, it is a great way to start and move on to regular Aikido training. Come and challenge your self.
Learn a highly skilful martial art and improve posture, increase muscle tone, strength and flexibility, and greater focus.
You will need a judo or karate uniform if you have one or loose clothing/sweats suitable for training. No jewellery, piercings.
Classes are on Thursday June 6, 13, 20 and 27. 6.45 – 7.45pm. Registration 6.30pm. Fee £35, payable online or cash or card in class.
Restrictions: Minimum age 15 (parental/guardian permission required).
