Aikido Beginners is a short course for those wishing to try Aikido for the first time or for those who would like to return training again. You will be introduced to basic Aikido training and it is a great way to start and move on to the regular classes.

As a highly skilful martial art , Aikido helps to improve posture, increase muscle tone, strength and flexibility, and greater focus. You will learn the basics of movements and technique which will allow you to get an idea of training and progress steadily in your training.
